Step 1: Planning
Designing your barndominium is the first step to your future home. We can help you with plans or ideas that you already have. If you do not have plans we can get you in contact to someone who can bring out your ideas!
Step 2: Jobsite Meeting
This step is where we can come look at your property and get a feel of exactly how you are wanting to bring your home to life. We can get an idea of the land prep that going to be involved to get your barndominium settled.
Step 3: Estimate
After seeing where you want to build your future home, we can get you a detailed estimate on what it will take to build based on the plans/ ideas we are given.
Step 4: Contract
Next step is going to be the final contract. This will be very detailed on the finishes and everything you are wanting in your barndo. We can work with your lender on getting everything finalized.
Step 5: building your barndominium
This is where we start framing the walls and pouring the concrete. We will do our absolute best to have your home built in a quick time, but also quality work. We are very particular with our work and want to make sure each customer is getting the best work there is to offer. Building a home can be a stressful thing for people, and here at Carolina Barndominiums we try to make the process as smooth as possible so you don't have any headaches.
Step 6: moving in
After everything is completed and all inspections and walk throughs are finalized it is now time to move into your new home!
